Warranty GATORZ WARRANTY POLICIES
Limited Warranty and Lifetime Rebuild Agreement.
Limited Warranty: Gatorz Aluminum Sunglasses will be warranted by Gatorz Eyewear
to the original purchaser
for one full year from the date of purchase against any defect in materials or
workmanship. Gatorz will repair or replace, at their option, any pair of Gatorz
Aluminum Sunglasses found to be defective. Gatorz Limited warranty program
does not apply to damage caused by improper use, normal wear, including lens
scratching or accidental breakage. Product must be accompanied by a proof of
purchase. All repairs will generally be completed within 7-10 working days and
then returned via UPS Ground. International Shipping may vary. A cost to cover
shipping expenses will apply.
Lifetime Rebuild Agreement: This agreement applies to any Gatorz Aluminum
Eyewear owner for the Lifetime of Your Sunglasses. After the first year of
purchase, or for those who do not have a receipt within the first year of purchase,
Gatorz will rebuild and precision tune each and every part of your Sunglasses to
the Quality and standards that originally went into your Gatorz Aluminum
Sunglasses. If for any reason they cannot repair your Sunglasses, Gatirz will replace
them with a Brand New Pair At The Rebuild Cost. You will enjoy many years of
the best quality Sunglasses on the market today. All repairs will generally be
completed within 7-10 working days and then returned via UPS Ground.

WILD SIDE EYEWEAR WARRANTY POLICY:
Limited lifetime warranty for factory workmanship and
defects. Wild Side Eyewear will replace any pair that has any
defects within the first 30 days of purchase. Normal care is
required to protect the life of the product and the Warranty
does not cover misuse or abuse of the product. Wild Side Eyewear can repair damaged frames within reason at any reasonable time. In the event we cannot repair damaged
frames, a replacement pair can be offered at repair cost.
Lenses are hard coated to help prevent scratching, but are
not covered under warranty for replacement if scratched.
Replacement lenses are available. In no event shall Wild
Side Eyewear be liable for incidental or consequential
damages. These products are not intended nor are
recommended for use as safety glasses.
The sunglasses sold on this web site are manufactured by Gatorz Aluminum Eyewear and Wild Side Eyewear, and the warranty is offered through Gatorz and Wild Side only.
By the customer wearing the Gators Aluminum Eyewear and Wild Side Eyewear Sunglasses, he/she agrees to not hold Advanced Technology Gear in any way responsible for any claims, product warranty or otherwise, as we are not the manufacturer.
The Prescription RX and Polarized lenses are made by a 3rd party lab and all warranties and claims need to be addressed to them. At the present time, all Lab work is warranted to be manufactured properly at the time of delivery. All claims for rework must be made within 7 days of the customer receiving the Prescription or Polarized glasses.
