Exchange and Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can make you happy. We can often make things right with a simple email or phone call. You may do an exchange for another product we carry within 14 days of your receipt provided we receive the product and all of its accompanied items back in 100% new and undamaged condition. The exchange period for products purchased in the December Holiday Season will be extended to reasonably cover holiday purchases.
A return for the product cost you paid may be granted if you request the return within 7 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Used merchandise and products that are missing any of the accompanied items are not eligible for return or exchange. A minor restocking fee may be applied to refunds.
Items that we receive for return that have any damage will be refused.
Please be sure to e-mail us at *firstname.lastname@example.org*x** with the reason for exchange or return and the product you would like in exchange.
We will promptly respond with the return instructions and an RMA number that you need to clearly mark on the outside of the shipping box. If the customer sends a product back for Return or Exchange without being issues an RMA number, the exchange or credit will not be processed.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges back to Advanced Technology Gear Inc.
We recommend that the customer uses a reputable shipper and to select the appropriate insurance for all returns.
Prescription RX, Polarized lenses, Custom made lenses, and Custom made glasses are special order items. If there is a problem with your custom made lenses, you must notify us within 1 week of your receipt of the glasses so the Lab may promptly address or fix the problem. Refunds and Exchanges are not permitted on Prescription RX, Polarized, or Custom made glasses as the are made for your individual needs. Lens problems can be addressed by the Lab only.
Please select Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day delivery on the Order Form. The shipping and handling charge will appear on your order during check out. We may, at our option, change the shipping carrier.
